The short list we keep by the phone. Most nights, guests from the cabins drive to Fenelon Falls, about 20 minutes from Coboconk; Norland is closer still.
Fenelon Falls
Most of the choice is in Fenelon Falls, about 20 minutes away. It is a lock town, and we send people there first.
- Murphy's Lockside Pub and Patio — puts you on the water beside Lock 34 of the Trent–Severn while you eat.
- Ziraldo's Italian Steakhouse — for a longer dinner.
- Orchid Thai Bistro — for something with spice.
- Fenelon Fish & Grill — the casual option.
- The Cow & Sow Eatery — on Colborne Street, the one people ask us about after they have been.
Norland
Norland is the closer option, about 10 minutes north on Highway 35, for the nights you want to eat and be back in the hot tub before dark.
- The Riverside Inn — on Highway 35 in Norland, at the edge of the river.
- The Maple Wood — a smokehouse, also in Norland.
Or stay put
